Shipping policy
1. Shipping processing times
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of the order being placed. Please note that during high volume periods processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping methods and delivery time
Uruguay: We offer shipping to all of Uruguay through DAC. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 business days, and may vary for various reasons not attributable to Zarino Geodes. Home delivery service is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
International Shipping: International shipping is done via DHL Worldwide Express Shipping. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days.
If you are in a hurry to receive the products, please let us know at info@zarinogeodes.com and we will do our best to make everything move faster.
If you would like to receive a quote for a larger quantity, please send us your inquiry to info@zarinogeodes.com and we will send you the quote.
3. Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The price to be paid specified at the time of purchase includes handling of the merchandise and taxes, within the country of origin. Please note that any expenses generated in the country of destination will be borne by the buyer.
Zarino Geodes is not responsible for any delays caused in the destination country by the importation of the product or any import taxes that each country may have.
4. Tracking Orders: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for both domestic and international shipments.
5. Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please refer to our refund and returns policy to learn how we handle this situation.
You must send us an email to info@zarinogeodes.com with photos and videos of the damage as well as as much information as possible so that we can make the corresponding claim to our carrier.
6. Shipping Address: At the time of ordering, products will be shipped to the address provided (or to an address that has been confirmed in writing by the customer prior to dispatch from our premises). Once the product has been dispatched from our premises, we will not be liable for any order where the customer changes the delivery address.
If you are not the final shipper, the shipper must provide current and correct contact information for the recipient . The carrier may need to contact the recipient for regulatory or delivery reasons, and it is the orderer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient responds to the contact; otherwise, the order will be returned. For this reason, we request that you always add a phone number to be contacted in case the shipping agency needs to contact the recipient. If the recipient does not respond, the order will be returned.
