Refund and return policy
At Zarino Geodes we want each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, you can return or request a refund taking into account our policy detailed below.
Returns
It is necessary that you take the time to verify the measurements given in the description of each item, as well as the photos. If you have any questions or queries, we recommend that you ask them before purchasing the item by sending us an email to info@zarinogeodes.com since we do not accept returns of our products.
In case the product arrives damaged at your home , please send us an email within 3 business days of receipt with photos, videos and detailed damage so we can evaluate the situation. After the evaluation, if you accept the return, we will send you an email with the details of the address of our facilities so that you can send it to us. Once we have it, we will send you another product of equal value or a voucher to buy something in the store. .
If you wish to receive money as a refund instead of a gift card, please specify this in the email you send us with your bank account information so that we can refund you as soon as possible if it is approved.
If you chose a credit card as a payment method, the refund will be made to that same payment method.
Packages are returned at your expense and you must incur the costs associated with shipping to our store, we are responsible for your package only once it has been received in our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be considered returned.
International returns
For returns, international customers will still be responsible for paying carrier costs per the existing returns process.
For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to get them back by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you engage a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once our team has received your package, it may take up to 10 business days to fulfill your request. Returns are handled in the order they are received.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Sale items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
